Overview
Partillion Bioscience is committed to advancing scientific research and fostering collaboration within the scientific community. To support researchers presenting findings involving Nanovial technology, we are offering $500 travel grants to help cover conference-related expenses, including travel, lodging, or registration fees.
Application Process:
To apply, applicants must submit the following:
Completed Application Form (Via Application link).
Abstract Submission Confirmation from the conference.
Copy of Submitted Abstract.
Brief Statement (250 words max) – Describe how Nanovials contributed to your research and why attending this conference is significant for your work.
Estimated Budget – Outline how the funds will be allocated.
Deadline: Applications should be submitted via Application link at least 2 months prior to attending conference.
Abstract Acceptance Notification: Applicants must notify Partillion Bioscience once their abstract is accepted.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
Be a graduate student, postdoc, or equivalent at an academic institution or non-profit research organization.
Have conducted research using Partillion Bioscience’s Nanovial technology and be presenting findings related to its use.
Submit one application per year (limit one award per individual annually).
Use the grant solely for conference-related expenses (travel, lodging, registration).
Provide proof of abstract acceptance before funds are disbursed.
Acknowledge Partillion Bioscience in their presentation.
Selection Process & Notification:
Applications will be reviewed based on:
Relevance of the research to Partillion Bioscience users.
Significance of conference attendance for the applicant’s research career.
Clarity and quality of the statement of impact.
Awardees will be notified via email and funds will be disbursed upon confirmation of abstract acceptance. The number of awards and the amount granted will be detailed in the award description. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Consent for Use
By submitting an application or accepting an award, applicants consent to Partillion Bioscience using their name, institution, and conference details in promotional materials, including social media and marketing communications. Additionally, applicants agree that their responses to application questions may be used in Partillion Bioscience’s marketing materials without additional compensation.
By applying, applicants also agree to receive further communications regarding Partillion Bioscience’s research, products, and future opportunities. All information will be used in accordance with Partillion Bioscience’s privacy policy.

No purchase is necessary to apply.
Awards will not be granted where prohibited by law or institutional policies.
By applying, applicants confirm that they are not subject to any restrictions preventing them from accepting this award.
